Motion made, and Question put forthwith (Standing Order No. 52(1)(a)), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill, it is expedient to authorise— (a) the charging of fees under or by virtue of the Act, and (b) the charging of Community Infrastructure Levy by mayors for the areas of combined authorities or combined county authorities.—(Keir Mather.)
