New Clause 43 - Period after which industrial action ballot ceases to be effective “In section 234 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (period after which industrial action ballot ceases to be effective), in subsection (1), for the words from “period” to the end substitute “period of 12 months beginning with the date of the ballot”.”—(Justin Madders.)
