Motion made, and Question put forthwith (Standing Order No. 52(1)(a)), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Data (Use and Access) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise: (1) the charging of fees or levies under or by virtue of the Act;

(2) the requiring of payments in connection with costs incurred by the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority for the purposes of a tender exercise relating to a smart meter communication licence;

and (3) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—(Gerald Jones.)
